Bands
Everyday Prophets

Everyday Prophets is Reggaetronic Rock. Take a reggae foundation and twist it with modern breakbeat, dancehall, and rock and out comes a fresh sound for a new time. Their sound is defined by conscious lyrics, soaring guitar, electronic keyboard hooks and bass-heavy song-based rhythms.
Super-Massive

SUPER-MASSIVE is Cincinnati's most respected reggae crew, with a relentless show schedule and rabid following. Formed in the Spring of 2005, the group has a unique perspective on roots reggae. Like their predecessors who fused their own Island rhythms with R & B, Ska, and Dub, SUPER-MASSIVE has added their own twist by bringing in newer elements such as Jazz and Rock, with extended improvisational sections, making for a truly new and fresh variation.
The DeepEnd

The DeepEnd is a jam-jazz-funk sextet from Richmond, Indiana, the birthplace of recorded jazz. Their sound includes a female vocalist and horn section to set the vibe and represent Richmond heads.
Kaiten

Kaiten has been dropping heavy electronic beats on the midwest ever since armageddon hit the reggae universe and his Royal Dubs outfit started making Dubstep. If you've been jonesin' for a dose of DJ-delivered bass, this set will set your heart pounding and butt moving.
JahKnow Dubz

JahKnow, a member of Dub Guild, is a dub/dubstep DJ that brings plenty of trippy, dubby and bass-heavy beats to the dance floor. His late-night blazing set will include video visuals and enough heavy dub tunes to fill a festival-sized chalice or two.
DJ Arbor Shark

DJ Arbor Shark mixes the heaviest reggae-influenced breaks and house beats to keep the dancefloor moving. It's typical to hear anything from Reggaeton to Hyphy oozing from the speakers, so don't be suprised. Good thing we'll have big subwoofers.
Pilgrims of the Wild

Pilgrims of the wild take obvious influence from Jerry Garcia and David Grisman, often playing the very tunes that made that combo famous. And it works. These guys will be repping the local heads in the afternoon, so pack some beverages, relax in the grass and enjoy the acoustic vibe.
Brian Dannaker

Brian Dannaker will be helping set the afternoon mood with his hammer-on style acoustic stylings. "A friend of mine gave me a compolation disc with guitar greats such as Alex Degrassi, Don Ross, Michael Hedges, and so many other great players. That disc changed the way that I looked at acoustic music."
Vendors
Prophets Fest will be offering a wide range of vending for musicgoers, including food, crafts and information from local organizations. This year, vending will be open-enrollment (aka free of charge for vendors), but you must be sure to enroll with the event beforehand. Space is plenty, but electricity will have to be pre-arranged. Vendors are highly suggested to be as self-sufficient as possible, including tents/booths/tabling, lighting and trash disposal.
